Return Policy
Customers may request a return by contacting our customer support at info@atcgeo.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Products that are opened, unsealed, used, or marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for return. All return requests should include the order details and reason for return so our team can review and process the request accordingly.
How can I identify genuine Kashmiri saffron?
Authentic Kashmiri saffron has long deep-red threads with a trumpet-shaped tip and a strong natural aroma. When placed in warm water or milk, genuine saffron releases a golden color slowly while maintaining the shape of the threads.
Is your saffron certified?
Yes. Our saffron is GI Tagged Kashmiri Saffron, sourced from Pampore and verified through the India International Kashmir Saffron Trading Centre (IIKSTC) under the Directorate of Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare, Government of Jammu & Kashmir and evaluated through NABL accredited laboratories following ISO 17025:2017 testing standards.
Do you provide export-quality saffron?
Yes. We supply Grade 1 / A+ export quality Kashmiri saffron, commonly known as “Red Gold” due to its rarity, purity, and strong aroma.

How should saffron be stored?
Saffron should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. When stored properly, saffron can maintain its quality and potency for 2–4 years.
