2026 Kashmiri Saffron Harvest Update: New Procurement & Dispatch Timeline
An Important Update for Our Customers
At ATC GEO, we believe our customers deserve clear and transparent information about the products they purchase from us.
We are therefore sharing an important update regarding the upcoming 2026 fresh Kashmiri saffron harvest and the expected timeline for its availability and dispatch.
When we initially opened pre-orders for the upcoming harvest, we expected the fresh saffron to become available for shipping by the end of October 2026.
We have now received an updated procurement schedule from our sourcing centre. Based on this latest schedule, the fresh harvest will become available to us later than originally expected.

This means that customers who have placed pre-orders should now expect their fresh-harvest orders to be dispatched from mid-December 2026 onwards, rather than the previously indicated October timeline.
Why Has the Timeline Changed?
Kashmiri saffron is not a product that can simply be replenished from regular warehouse stock.
The fresh harvest first needs to go through the official procurement process before the newly harvested saffron becomes available to us for fulfilment.
According to the updated schedule we have received, procurement of the new harvest is scheduled to begin from 10 October 2026, followed by the official pricing process scheduled for 27 November 2026.
Only after these stages are completed will the newly procured saffron become available through the supply chain.
For this reason, we now expect the fresh harvest to reach the stage where we can begin fulfilling customer orders from around mid-December 2026 onwards.
What About Customers Who Have Already Placed a Pre-Order?
If you have already placed a pre-order with ATC GEO, there is no need to take any action at this time.
Your pre-order remains safely recorded with us.
We understand that some customers placed their orders expecting the earlier October timeline. We sincerely apologize for this change and for any inconvenience it may cause.
We will keep our existing pre-order customers informed as the procurement process progresses and will proceed with fulfilment once the fresh harvest becomes available.
Your order remains with us.
There is no need to place another order.
There is no need to contact us repeatedly for an update.
We will provide further updates as we move closer to the dispatch stage.
Why We Are Choosing to Wait for the Fresh Harvest
At ATC GEO, we could potentially source older stock to fulfil orders sooner.
However, that is not what we want to do.
Our pre-orders were placed specifically for the upcoming fresh harvest, and our commitment is to supply the genuine harvest rather than substitute it simply to meet an earlier estimated shipping date.
For us, authenticity and quality come before speed.
We would rather ask our customers for a little more patience than compromise the product they have trusted us to supply.

The journey of fresh Kashmiri saffron involves several important stages:
Harvest → Official Procurement → Quality & Supply Process → ATC GEO Receives Stock → Order Fulfilment → Customer Dispatch
The new timeline reflects the time required for these stages to take place.
Once the fresh saffron reaches ATC GEO and is ready for fulfilment, we will begin processing the existing pre-orders for dispatch.
What About New Customers?
ATC GEO continues to accept pre-orders for the upcoming 2026 fresh harvest.
However, customers placing a new pre-order should understand that this is not an immediate-dispatch product.
